This operator-friendly product is designed to reduce baggage handlers´ workload. Heavy lifting and twisting movements are eliminated. The semi-automatic unloading method significantly reduces the risk of back and shoulder injuries, resulting better working conditions and less sick leave.

Less damaged baggage

Power Stow´s patented unloading technology handles a wide variety of passenger baggage, packages and mailbags.

The Transfer Belt makes baggage handling gentler as it transfers bags from the cart to the baggage conveyor. The operator simply slides the bags onto the Transfer Belt, which then guides the baggage onto the conveyor belt. The risk of damage to baggage is significantly lower, the results of which include lower costs and more satisfied passengers.

Seamless integration

Due to its flexibility, the unit can be used with various types of containers and baggage carts. The Transfer Belt makes it easier to unload closed ULDs compared with vertical unloading solutions, in which the top of the container creates a barrier. Operators require minimal training as the Transfer Belt is very easy to operate.

Transfer Belt is designed for integration in different airport environments and existing baggage handling systems. The compact and space-saving unit is easily integrated into the airport´s existing conveyor belt system.
